Description
An Oscar Heyman three-stone ring in platinum, its natural Colombian emerald of approximately 0.85 carats set between two oval brilliant cut diamonds totaling 0.90 carats at E-F color and VVS2 to VS1 clarity. The emerald is a deep bluish green, and each of the three ovals sits in its own four-prong basket with matching open galleries beneath, the prong tips rolled smooth over the stones, on a lightly tapered high-polished shank stamped Irid Plat with the Heyman trademark and serial number H22330. Oscar Heyman is known in the trade as the jewelers' jeweler, the New York workshop for hand-fabricated platinum behind pieces sold under the names of the country's most famous retail houses. The ring is size 6.25, weighs close to 5.1 grams, and comes with its gemologist appraisal.
