I scheduled an appointment with Moshe to sell some gold and diamond items. He made me a fair offer for the gold items and thoroughly explained the value for the diamond items. I decided to sell the gold and using some of the diamond rings create an engagement ring. We discussed in detail the style and design I had in mind. Moshe envisioned a design incorporating the diamonds and adding blue sapphires. Within a few short weeks the ring was completed and is absolutely stunning in style and eye catching pizzazz. He even arranged to have the ring independently appraised. All this at a very competitive price. Moshe and his staff are highly recommended!

I wasted to much time looking for a place to buy my jewelry. Moshe and his team superseded any and all expectations of places that buy jewelry. I highly recommend Moshe and his team. 5 stars without hesitation. As soon as you walk into his office you'll feel the same.

I purchased a (rather expensive) watch from them using Ebay. I was a bit apprehensive at spending so much money on something I couldn't see, but I decided to trust the Ebay ratings system (they were rated quite highly). I received the watch (in record time given that it was coming from Hawaii to the east coast), and I had a few follow up questions on how to care for it. These folks were simply amazing. Moshe and Nicole answered all of my (annoying?) questions and helped me with a couple of minor issues that I needed addressing. They were patient and unbelievably responsive. I could not be more happy--not only with the purchase, but particularly with the customer service component. Truly the kind of business that deserves accolades. I would purchase something from there again without hesitation, and will probably visit them in person when I am next in Hawaii.

Oahu's best jewelry store! I needed help right away and called other jewelers who did not answer their phones or return my call. Hawaii Estate & Jewelry Buyers answered their phone, set up an appointment right away, were tech savvy, considerate, very nice and cool people on arrival. On top of that, everyone there was exceptional, genuine, and gave the best social rapport at making you feel comfortable. Then bought my jewelry right away, so I can escape the ballistic missile target zone island! ;D
