Description
Approximately eight graduated cultured pearls cluster at the heart of the pendant in this Mikimoto set, framed by slender polished leaves and small flowers in 14K yellow gold. The pendant pearls run roughly 4.5 to 6.4mm, and the matching earrings carry four pearls apiece inside the same leaf frames, closing with screw backs. Across the set the pearls share a soft rose overtone, and the gold is stamped 14K on the reverse. Mikimoto created the world’s first cultured pearl, and a Mikimoto signature on pearl jewelry has meant carefully selected, well-matched pearls ever since.
