A Bernard K. Passman ring in 18K white gold, signed and numbered as limited edition #34, sets a polished black coral arrowhead beside a vertical row of three small round brilliant diamonds, the stones totaling approximately 0.05 carats at VVS1 clarity and H color. The black coral was retrieved from Caribbean depths of two hundred feet or more, and the ring comes with its Passman certificate. A size 6.25, it weighs about 5.5 grams. Passman sculpted black coral on Grand Cayman for decades, with commissions for the White House and the British royal family, and no new Passman pieces will ever be made.
