Description
An oval blue sapphire of approximately 2.17 carats leads this platinum ballerina ring, held in four prongs while a pleated skirt of upright baguette diamonds flares beneath it and a circle of small rounds rings the base of the setting. The accent diamonds total close to 0.48 carats, all of it built to keep the eye on the blue at the center. Stamped PT900 on a cathedral split shank, the ring is a size 5.75 and weighs about 9.9 grams.
