Description
A brooch and a matched pair of earrings make up this Victorian style set in 14K yellow gold, each piece built around an oval of black onyx overlaid with scrolled fleur-de-lis goldwork holding a small round opal cabochon, the opals flashing blue and green against the black stone. The earrings hang from opal-set tops on posts and measure approximately 36 by 16 millimeters each. The brooch, about 46 by 26 millimeters, sits inside a filigree border dotted with seed pearls and finishes in a single pearl drop.
