Three strands of momi dove shells, in the warm off-white shade known as lenalena, make up this Ni’ihau shell lei strung in the pikake style. It measures approximately 36 inches in length, with the strands gathering at a poleholeho cowrie shell closure of about 13mm by 25mm, its smooth golden back standing out against the clustered momi.
