Professional, friendly, classy, fair, these are some of the words that come to mind thinking about my experience with Moshe and his team. From their prompt responses to my online inquiries and use of the online scheduler, to the email reminders of my appointments, to the welcoming atmosphere of the office, to Moshe's way of maintaining a professional demeanor but at the same time being friendly and accommodating and answering all my dumb little probably annoying questions, the entire experience was excellent. And they validated my parking too, which was nice. Thank you!

What’s amazing about this establishment is the response time. They are prompt in their replies, prompt in their time management to set up appointments, and they are prompt in providing their best service. When you first open the door you are greeted with warm smiles and such professionalism that you feel like you’ve known them forever. I had to get a gold chain repaired but wasn’t able to meet Moshe at that time. The lovely women working there helped me get set up and provided me an estimate of the time and price to fix my jewelry. Expecting it to take a week i was surprised to find out that he finished my repair the same day! I was so overjoyed and set up my appointment to pick up the jewelry. If you are wondering why appointments are needed it’s because this business is professional, secure and provides you with that one on one relationship to make sure your needs are met entirely. My pick up was smooth and quick. Moshe met with me and he was such a gentleman. I will for sure know where to get my jewelry fixed for now on because his prices beat out everyone i got quotes from!!! Quality over everything! Mahalos to Moshe and your team!!

Went in to have a ring appraised and Moshe really was very knowledgeable and his staff very professional. Walked out of there knowing the value of the ring and even when the ring was made. I plan to go back soon to have my wedding ring put in to a new setting! Moshe showed me several samples of settings! I can't wait to go back and see what we come up with! So glad to have found a reputable place on the island to go to!

I am so excited to receive a pendant for my fiancee who had lost this same design a year ago while surfing, he was heartbroken but thanks to Hawaii Estate & Jewelers, I will be able to surprise them with such a special gift! This company really has gone above and beyond in trying to help work with me. They have helped get everything put into place to my exact specifications. It was a vintage Hawaiian crest that on their site was displayed with great pictures having accurate and color, clarity, and size/scale. While inquiring about the pendant they were very clear, prompt, and kind people to work with! Overall, they were able to restore the piece to mint condition and engrave it for a very reasonable cost! Both their work and there products are quality, and I feel very lucky having found them since that seems to be a rarity to find a business like that today. I definitely recommend their company to anybody looking for unique and affordable jewelry and I personally would it be happy to do business with them again in the future! Mahalo

Moshe took a huge burden off my mom's shoulders as she had no idea how to go about fixing and selling some of our family jewelry and heirlooms. From setting up the appointment with Nicole, who is lovely to work with and quick to respond, to actually sitting down with Moshe for an hour and going through every tiny piece of jewelry, this appraisal and selling process was so very efficient and extremely helpful. Like other reviewers said, you can tell Moshe loves what he does and cares about his clients. And, he was able to fix some of our most precious pieces so that we can continue to enjoy them and pass them down to the next generation. He took what could have been an emotional and disheartening experience and made it so painless and easy. Would highly recommend Moshe and Hawaii Estate & Jewelry Buyers, and will be going back to him again and again. :)

I scheduled an appointment with Moshe to sell some gold and diamond items. He made me a fair offer for the gold items and thoroughly explained the value for the diamond items. I decided to sell the gold and using some of the diamond rings create an engagement ring. We discussed in detail the style and design I had in mind. Moshe envisioned a design incorporating the diamonds and adding blue sapphires. Within a few short weeks the ring was completed and is absolutely stunning in style and eye catching pizzazz. He even arranged to have the ring independently appraised. All this at a very competitive price. Moshe and his staff are highly recommended!

I purchased a (rather expensive) watch from them using Ebay. I was a bit apprehensive at spending so much money on something I couldn't see, but I decided to trust the Ebay ratings system (they were rated quite highly). I received the watch (in record time given that it was coming from Hawaii to the east coast), and I had a few follow up questions on how to care for it. These folks were simply amazing. Moshe and Nicole answered all of my (annoying?) questions and helped me with a couple of minor issues that I needed addressing. They were patient and unbelievably responsive. I could not be more happy--not only with the purchase, but particularly with the customer service component. Truly the kind of business that deserves accolades. I would purchase something from there again without hesitation, and will probably visit them in person when I am next in Hawaii.

Oahu's best jewelry store! I needed help right away and called other jewelers who did not answer their phones or return my call. Hawaii Estate & Jewelry Buyers answered their phone, set up an appointment right away, were tech savvy, considerate, very nice and cool people on arrival. On top of that, everyone there was exceptional, genuine, and gave the best social rapport at making you feel comfortable.
