Description
Carved in one elongated, curling sweep, this Chinese jade pendant takes the shape of what appears to be a slender seed pod tucked beneath a folded leaf, with fine incised veins running the length of the stone. The pale green jade is translucent, holding a soft, even glow that deepens where the carving thickens. At the top, a small yellow gold blossom forms the bail, a single point of gold against the cool stone.
