Everything around it works to set the stone off, a double surround of handmade wire-work carrying 38 round brilliant diamonds that total about 2.23 carats at G-H color and SI1-SI2 clarity. The mounting is tested 18K yellow gold, with a ring top close to 26.4 by 17.2 millimeters, a total weight of 12.3 grams, and a size 10. Its gemologist appraisal is included.
