Item Sales

Some of our items are vintage or pre-owned and sold “as is”. Please review photos carefully before purchase and feel free to e-mail us if you have any questions about an item prior to purchase.

Additional ring resizing or item polishing may be available for a fee for certain items- Please message info@Hiejb.com prior to purchase.

For buyers within the state of Hawaii, please note 4.712% sales tax will be added whether shipping or picking up. Some states in the USA have also enforced a e-commerce tax.

We do not offer reserves or layaway at this time.


Forms of Payment

We accept payment through PayPal invoice –

Local customers can inquire about viewings & cash payment in person.


Shipping

The applicable shipping options will be presented at check out.

PayPal payments must clear before shipping or scheduling a pick up.
Local pick ups of online orders must be done in person by the purchaser with a valid government issued photo ID matching the payment account. All local pick ups must be scheduled – you will be contacted after your order is received.

Items are typically sent out 1-2 business days after payment is received. Shipping times vary due to shipping company and location.
Shipment address must match address used at PayPal check out.

For international orders, you must choose

“International Delivery (Price TBD – billed separately)”

as your shipping method and a separate invoice for shipping costs will be sent to you. If you do NOT choose this, your order is subject to cancellation. You will receive a separate bill for the shipping, this must be paid before shipment. We are not responsible for customs or taxes/fees nor for confiscation at your customs. Please email us before payment if you’d like a cost estimate. FedEx/UPS only, we declare full retail value, and we do not ship to Russia, China, or the EU and certain values/watches are prohibited to some other countries as well. Please inquire before payment to confirm we can ship to your country, otherwise you will be refunded and the order cancelled.

Please note that if you chose to have your items sent uninsured, you assume all responsibility for the item once it leaves our facility.


Returns 

We are confident you will love your purchase, but please note that some of our items are vintage and pre-owned. These items are sold “as is”. Please take the time to review the pictures and feel free to message info@hiejb.com if you have any questions about an item prior to purchase.

Returns are granted on a case by case basis. Returns must be made within 3 days of customer receipt of the package. Time of receipt will be determined by the shipping tracking (USPS, FedEx etc). Please note, we do not accept returns on resized/altered items and all items from our website will have a large visible tag attached, after it is removed the item cannot be accepted for return. Please review the item and working condition before removing the tag – we will not accept return after removed. We reserve the right to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any return shipping.

If the item is approved by us for a return, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item securely back to us. Returned items must be received by us in their original condition when they left our facility (no additional damage, etc) with all accessories, brand boxes, tags, certificates, appraisals, booklets, etc. Refunds are based only on item sale price and granted only to the original buyer through the original method of payment minus any restocking fees. We do not refund shipping costs or additional services purchased (additional ring re-sizing, polishing etc.)

If returns are not offered for your item, you will be notified on your invoice or prior to shipment. Thank you.
